Instead of the facility inconveniently residing in the center of the city where it can often be chaotic, overcrowded, and busy with traffic, Oakmont of Silver Creek is peacefully located towards the outer end of San Jose. Compared to Downtown, this part of San Jose allows for less car traffic, less chaos, and a more convenient experience.

Brain-fitness activities to maintain memory and sometimes even improve cognition are encouraged. Assisted Living
